WITHIN GREECE
Shipments within Attica are delivered within 1-3 business days, while for the rest of Greece (mainland or island destinations), delivery time ranges from 1-4 business days. All domestic shipments are carried out in cooperation with Courier Center and Box Now.

Shipping charges vary depending on the delivery method you choose. If you do not wish to pay via bank transfer, PayPal, or Klarna, you may choose cash on delivery (meaning you will pay the exact order amount to the courier upon delivery of the parcel). The cash on delivery service includes an additional charge depending on the delivery method selected. You may also collect your order from our store at Praxitelous 40, 105 60, Athens, during our business hours, free of charge. For purchases over €59.00, shipping is free regardless of the payment method.

OUTSIDE GREECE
International shipments are made via DHL. Delivery time and shipping costs vary depending on the destination. Cash on delivery is not available for international orders. Shipping is free for orders over €130.

All our jewelry is carefully inspected before being shipped to you. In the event that any of our jewelry presents a defect within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt, we will replace or repair it at no extra cost to you, unless such action is impossible or requires disproportionate expenses. Please send the jewelry along with the purchase receipt or exchange card to PRIGIPO, Praxitelous 40, 105 60 Athens, Greece.

In this case, once we receive the defective product, we will replace it within 3 business days. If the item is not available, you will receive an informative email regarding the delivery date (maximum delivery time is 10 business days). The company provides the option to exchange any jewelry item for another within 30 days from the date of receipt. The customer is required to return the product in the excellent condition in which it was received. A basic condition for the exchange is that the returned product must not have been used, must be in perfect condition exactly as before the sale, in its complete original packaging (box, etc.), which must not have any damage or alterations, and with all contents of the original packaging included.

PRIGIPO jewelry is handmade, therefore it is humanly impossible for each piece to be identical to the one shown in the photo. Any minor differences are due to the human craftsmanship involved in their production.

You can search for our jewelry either by category (bracelets, rings, necklaces, earrings) or by collection. The quick search filters available within the jewelry categories or collections are also very helpful. On each product page, you can enlarge the image and view additional photos to get a complete overview of the piece.

Select the jewelry items you are interested in and add them to your cart. If a piece has specific features (thread color, size, resin color), you must first select one of the available options and then click “ADD TO CART”. If you wish to proceed with your order, click “CHECKOUT” in the pop-up window. If you want to continue shopping or browsing the site, simply close the window.

At any time, you can view your cart or complete your purchase by clicking the cart icon (bag icon) at the top right corner.

On each page, you will find the “LOGIN/REGISTER” option at the top right (if you are browsing our site on a mobile phone or tablet, this option is located in the burger menu at the top right of each page). By clicking this option, the login/registration page will appear.

You can pre-order a piece of jewelry that has not yet been released. The release date is indicated on the page of the specific item. If you choose to pre-order one of these pieces, you complete the payment by following the standard online purchase steps. The jewelry will be shipped to you on the next business day after its release date.

If the release date of the jewelry changes from the one stated, you will be informed by our e-shop team.

You can view the full collection of wedding rings, crowns, and special occasion rings in our new e-shop PRIGIPO Rendezvous or visit our store at Praxitelous 40 in the center of Athens.

To redeem your PRIGIPO gift card, enter its code exactly as it appears in the field displayed on the “checkout” page.

If the total cost of your purchase exceeds the available balance of the Gift Card, the difference can be paid using any payment method accepted in our online store.

The remaining balance of the Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

In the case of returning products purchased with a Gift Card, the value will be refunded in the form of a Credit Voucher, which is subject to the following terms and conditions of use.

The remaining balance of the voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In case of loss, theft, or damage, Credit Vouchers are not replaced.
