By visiting our website and/or using material from our website (hereinafter referred to as the “site”), you accept the following terms. If you do not agree with the terms set forth herein, you must not use the services of this site.
The business “MAMA JAY LTD” (hereinafter referred to as “PRIGIPO” or “we” or “us” or “our” or “the business”), which operates the online store at www.prigipo.com, is an officially registered business in Greece with VAT number: 801922530 and General Commercial Registry Number (G.E.MI.): 165944801000, registered with the KEFODE ATTIKIS Tax Office and headquartered at 77-79 Patision Street, 10434, Athens. These terms of use, together with the current prices on the site, delivery details, contact details, and return policy, constitute the agreement between the two parties (the business and the buyer) for the supply of products to you by the business. Any reference made by any third-party seller does not override the terms of use of our site. These terms of use may change from time to time. Please stay informed before making any purchase. If you do not agree with any changes to the terms of use, you must immediately stop browsing the site. Any changes made to the terms of use after your order has been placed will not affect your current order unless required by law. This site is available for personal use only. Use of the site for any commercial purpose is prohibited. You are personally responsible for your use of our site and for all your activities within it. If you violate the terms of use, the business reserves the right to temporarily or permanently deny you access.
1. Registration on our site
Registration is necessary in order to fully utilize the capabilities of our site. During registration, you will be asked to provide your current, accurate, and complete information. Your account password must be unique and confidential. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
By creating a user account, you will have the following capabilities:
– Full history of your purchases.
– Shipping details are already stored in your account and appear automatically when you wish to proceed with a purchase.
– Add jewelry to the “FAVORITES” list for easy access to jewelry you wish to purchase in the future.
On every page there is a “LOGIN/REGISTER” option at the top right (if browsing from a mobile phone or tablet, this option is located in the burger menu at the top right of each page). By clicking this option, the login/registration page appears. Fill in your details [email and password consisting of at least seven (7) characters] in the right-hand column titled “register”. The process is completed by clicking the “REGISTER” option.
On your account page, you will find the following options:
– Dashboard. You may enter or edit the shipping/billing address.
– Profile. Change your name or password.
– Orders. View your purchase history.
– Wishlist. View your favorite products list.
– Cart. View your shopping cart.
2. Before Purchase
To make purchases on our site, you will be asked to provide personal information such as your real name, phone number (mobile or landline), email address, and other details according to our site’s registration form. By completing a purchase with us, you guarantee that the billing details you provided are valid and correct, and that payment will be properly executed once your order is accepted.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are the owner of the billing details. If you are under 18 years old (a minor), please do not create a user account on this site or provide any information. In any case, the business will not accept any transaction from individuals under 18 years of age.
The site is available to those who:

– have registered a valid debit or credit card accepted by our site, or have agreed to the total deposit amount into the business’s bank account
– have authorized the business to charge their debit or credit cards with the exact amount of their orders.
3. Order and Purchase
All orders are subject to availability and products in your cart are also available to other simultaneous buyers until you complete the purchase.
Your order is completed when you are on the cart page. In the cart, you can see in detail all the products you have selected. You may remove a product simply by clicking “REMOVE” or adjust quantities using the relevant arrows and then selecting “UPDATE CART”. If you have a coupon code, enter it in the relevant field and click “APPLY COUPON”. If you are sure about your order, select “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” after choosing a shipping method to be informed about shipping costs and the total order amount. On the next page titled “Checkout”, fill in the required details in the form titled “BILLING DETAILS”. If the billing details differ from the “SHIPPING DETAILS”, click the relevant option and fill in the address where you want the product delivered. These details are required even if you later choose to collect your order from the store.
Below, you will be asked to select the shipping method in the window titled “Your Order”.
– Store pickup (during business hours).
– Courier delivery (1–3 business days).
– Free shipping: this option appears only if your order exceeds €59.00 (1–3 business days).
Next, select the payment method.
If you have selected “Store Pickup”, the following payment methods are available:
– CREDIT/DEBIT CARD (you will be redirected to the secure Viva Payments environment where you will be asked for your card details)
– PayPal (you will be redirected to the secure PayPal environment)
– Klarna (pay in 3 interest-free installments)
– IRIS
To offer you Klarna payment methods, we may transfer personal data such as contact and transaction details to Klarna during checkout so that Klarna can assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and provide tailored payment options. Your personal data is processed in accordance with Klarna’s privacy policy.
If you have selected “Delivery by Courier”, the following payment options are available:
– CREDIT/DEBIT CARD (you will be redirected to the secure environment of the Viva Payments page, where you will be asked to enter your card details)
– CASH ON DELIVERY (an additional charge applies to this option)
– PayPal (you will be redirected to the secure PayPal environment)
– Klarna (pay in 3 interest-free equal installments)

In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we may share personal data such as contact and transaction details with Klarna during checkout, so that Klarna can assess whether you qualify for its payment methods and provide you with tailored payment options. Your personal data is processed in accordance with Klarna’s Privacy Policy.
Once your purchase has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your order.
We reserve the right to cancel a purchase if:
– we do not receive payment approval
– we are unable to deliver to your area
– you do not agree with the website’s terms of use
– one or more products were listed with an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within one (1) hour of placing it. We will inform you via email or phone regarding when the refund will be credited to your card or account if you selected one of the above payment methods. If you selected a different payment method, you will only be informed once the cancellation process has been completed.
If you choose to collect your order from the store, you are required to pick it up within 10 days. The company reserves the right to verify your details and may refuse future service if repeated cancellations occur more than twice.
If you choose cash on delivery, you are obliged to accept and receive your order; otherwise, it will be cancelled. The company reserves the right to verify your details and may refuse future service if repeated cancellations occur more than twice.
Additionally, you have the option to pre-order jewelry that has not yet been released. The release date is indicated on the page of the specific jewelry item. If you choose to pre-order one of these items, payment is completed following the standard online purchase procedure. The jewelry item will be shipped on the next business day following its release date. If the release date changes from the one stated, you will be informed by the e-shop department.

Payments using any type of debit or credit card are processed through VIVA Payments without the need to create additional accounts and with immediate payment processing, via a simple redirect, in a 100% secure and user-friendly environment.
Viva Payments is a Payment Institution licensed by the Bank of Greece. The same fundamental principles of confidentiality and privacy that apply to banking institutions also apply to Viva Payments. Viva Services is certified under the PCI Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and implements the required security policies, which are continuously audited by certified assessors. To ensure secure data transmission, EV SSL 128-bit encryption protocol is used. Access to Viva Payments systems is protected by state-of-the-art firewalls and intrusion detection and Denial of Service protection systems.
4. Pricing Policy
As the company is based in Athens, Greece, all transactions are conducted in Euros and you will be charged in Euros.
If your card or account is not funded in Euros, the final amount charged will be calculated according to the exchange rate applicable on the day your card or account is charged.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping
WITHIN GREECE
Deliveries within the Attica region are completed within 1–3 business days, while deliveries to the rest of Greece (mainland and islands) take approximately 1–4 business days. All domestic shipments are carried out in cooperation with Courier Center and Box Now.
Shipping charges vary depending on the delivery method you choose. If you do not wish to pay via bank transfer, PayPal, or Klarna, you may choose cash on delivery (meaning you will pay the exact amount of the order to the courier upon delivery). Cash on delivery service carries an additional fee depending on the shipping method selected.
You may also collect your order from our store at Praxitelous 40, 105 60 Athens, Greece, during business hours, free of charge.
For purchases over €59.00, shipping is free regardless of the payment method selected.
OUTSIDE GREECE
International shipments are carried out via DHL and shipping charges depend on the destination country. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Cash on delivery is not available for international shipments.
For purchases over €130.00, shipping is free.
*Customers outside the European Union may be subject to additional charges arising from exchange rate differences, customs clearance fees, import duties, product restrictions, and other local requirements, for which our company bears no responsibility.
6. Security and Delivery
The company insures every purchased product from the moment of purchase until it is delivered to you.
In the event that an order is not delivered and it is determined that the fault lies with the carrier, the company may resend the order within three (3) business days at no additional cost to the customer.
All PRIGIPO products are packaged in special protective packaging to ensure that you receive them in excellent condition. If you receive an order with damaged packaging, the company does not accept responsibility for any damage or alteration to the contents. Please contact us so that the issue can be verified and your order can be replaced.
The company is not responsible for delivery failures caused by force majeure events.
Shipments and deliveries are made to the address you provide, and it is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping details entered are correct. The company bears no responsibility for non-delivery due to incorrectly entered shipping information.
If your order is returned to us because you did not receive it, or because the courier company or postal service was unable to complete the delivery, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
7. Return Policy – Jewelry Repair Option – Right of Withdrawal
Returns / Exchanges
The company provides the option to exchange a piece of jewelry for another within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. The customer is obliged to return the product in the same excellent condition in which it was received. A basic requirement for the exchange is that the returned product must not have been used, must be in perfect condition as it was prior to sale, in its complete original packaging (box etc.), which must not be damaged or altered, and must include all contents of the original packaging.
You may return one or more products from your order free of charge via BOX NOW following the instructions here. If you do not have BOX NOW lockers nearby, please contact +30 213 0253687. Please note that if you have the option to visit our store for exchange, replacement, or repair, the shipping process is waived.
The company covers the following cases:
– Exchange (because you wish to change your selection)
In this case, once we receive the product and confirm it meets the above conditions, you will receive via email a discount coupon equal to the value of the jewelry you wish to exchange. You then place a new order for the product you want and enter the coupon code at checkout.
For custom-made jewelry, the company provides the option to exchange a product within 30 days of receipt with a 30% charge of its original value. The jewelry must be in the same condition as received and must not have been worn. You must send the item along with the proof of purchase or exchange card to our workshop: PRIGIPO, 77–79 28th October Street, 3rd floor, 104 34 Athens, Greece, Tel. +30 213 0253687.
– Exchange (wrong order received)
In this case, once we receive the product and confirm it meets the conditions, the correct order will be shipped within 3 business days. If not available, you will be informed by email of the delivery date (maximum delivery time is 10 business days).
– Warranty for defective product
If any of our jewelry items shows a defect within 30 calendar days of receipt, we will replace or repair it at no charge, unless this is impossible or involves disproportionate cost. Once we receive the defective product, we will replace it within 3 business days. If not available, you will be informed of the delivery date (maximum 10 business days).
PRIGIPO Gift Card
Products purchased with a Gift Card are subject to the same terms and conditions as all other products. If the purchase amount exceeds the available balance, the difference may be paid using any accepted payment method in our online store.
Gift Card balances are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In case of return, the value will be refunded as a credit voucher, which is also non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged credit vouchers are not replaced.
You may withdraw from a Gift Card purchase within 14 days from receipt, provided it has not been used. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us via a clear statement before the 14-day period expires. The product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the sales contract, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs if you selected the cheapest standard delivery method. Additional costs (e.g. cash on delivery fees) are not refunded.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned product. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
You are responsible only for the cost of returning the products. Alternatively, you may return the items in person at our store in Athens.
If these conditions are not met, the company reserves the right to refuse the withdrawal.
PRIGIPO for Life – Repairs
All handmade PRIGIPO jewelry can be repaired. You may contact us to receive a repair quote and then send the item (at your own shipping cost) to PRIGIPO, 77–79 Patision Street, 3rd floor, 104 34 Athens, Greece, along with proof of purchase or exchange card and your contact details. Alternatively, you may bring the item to our store in person.
After inspection, we will inform you of the repair cost via email or phone.
Right of Withdrawal
You are entitled to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us with a clear statement before the 14-day period expires.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, in its original packaging (box etc.), undamaged, and complete with all contents.
You may use the withdrawal form available here and on our website and include it in the return package or send it via email (info@prigipo.com). The original receipt must also be included.
You may return products free of charge via BOX NOW or contact us for assistance.
For custom-made jewelry, withdrawal is possible within 14 days with a 30% charge of the original value.
Consequences of Withdrawal (Reiterated)
We will refund all payments including standard shipping costs. Additional costs due to chosen payment methods (e.g. COD) are excluded.
Refunds will be made within 14 calendar days after we receive the returned product.
You bear only the cost of returning the goods, unless you choose to return them in person at our store in Athens.
If any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the withdrawal.
8. Intellectual Property
The intellectual content of our website (such as photographs, texts, and logos, including HTML and other code contained within the site) is the intellectual property of our company and is protected under Law 2121/1993 on the protection of intellectual property and related rights, subject to any rights not expressly granted herein.
Any reproduction or redistribution of the above is strictly prohibited.
The company is not liable for any form of damage suffered by the user/visitor of the website, its services, options, and content.
Furthermore, the company does not guarantee that any related websites, servers, or systems through which such services are made available to the user/visitor are free of “viruses” or other malicious software or harmful components.
We recommend that all users ensure they have installed and regularly updated appropriate security software.
